It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Dean Savage of Belle Rive, Illinois, who passed away on November 9, 2021, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Savage and Marie Savage (Dale); his grandparents, Hiram and Agnes Dale (Tennyson); his wife Florine Savage; and his siblings, Lowell, Everett, Ralph, Edna, Ina, Dale, Owen and June.
He is survived by: his children, Russell Dean Savage (Brenda) of Belle Rive and Rosalie "Lynn" Skaggs (Nicholas II); his grandchildren, James, Jason Savage, Jessica Conrad (Savage) and Nicholas Skaggs III; his stepgrandchildren, Mandi Harlow (Skaggs), Travis and Jesse Ackley; his great grandchildren, Bailey, Ava, Gage Ryder and Molly; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Sebastian, Isabelle and Allie.
Memorials may be made to the Dahlgren Missionary Baptist Church and will be accepted at the Gholson Funeral Home in Dahlgren.
