He is survived by: his children, Casey Neal (Will) of Belle Rive, James Riley Neal (Michelle) of Belle Rive, Chuck Neal (Charity) of Texico, Nathan Smith (Annette) of Mt. Vernon, Chad Neal of Belle Rive and Tammy Peyton (Ron) of Belle Rive; his grandchildren, Chris, Alanna, Hannah, Reanna, Brayden, Brandon, Tiara, Jayden, Allyson, Chelsea, Charles Jr., Sara and Chad Jr.; and his brothers, William Neal of Belle Rive, Don Neal of Dahlgren and DeWayne Neal (Dianne) of Ina. He is also survived by his great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
