We are sad to announce that on June 23, 2020, at the age of 92, Betty Bell of Belle Rive, Illinois, born in Dahlgren, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Lowry and Leathel Lowry (Irwin); her husband William James Bell; and her daughters, Reta Ramsey and DeAnne Whitmer.
She is survived by: her daughter Neta Grant of Belle Rive, IL. She is also survived by three grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
