She was predeceased by: her husband Raymond Michael Smith; her daughter Kimberly Anne Smith; and her parents, George Wind and Catherine Wind. She is survived by: her children, Raymond Michael Smith Jr., Dennis Allen Smith, Gregory Jon Smith and Michelle Lynn Smith (Luis Velazquez); her grandchildren, Nathan Daniel Smith, Anthony Michael Tuley, Angelica Wind Smith, Fiona Anne Smith, Alexander Luis Velazquez, Zayden Karlos Velazquez and Elias Raymond Velazquez; and her siblings, Natalie Genovese (Don), Marjorie Kwasny, Janet Mateyko (John), Beverly Wilson (Dan), Alice Wind, George Wind (Patricia) and James Wind. She is also survived by Many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
