He was predeceased by: his parents, John and Dorothy; and his former wife Barbara. He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, Andrea Scherer (Karl), Maria Lulewicz, Steve Lulewicz (Eileen) and John Lulewicz (Michelle); his stepchildren, Jeff Michelle and Heather Moore; his grandchildren, Jake, Brittany, Kyle, Anthony, Allie, Alex, Ethan, Joshua, Jesseca and Lauralyn; and his great grandchildren, Ryan and Sophia.

“Dear Lulewicz Family, I was informed by Linda of John's passing. I am so sorry. John was one of the first people I met in Chicago when I moved here as a manager for GSK. John became a mentor to me and he was a great leader to follow. I will be forever grateful for him taking me under his wing. I know John loved family.....which was first and foremost in his life.
