He was predeceased by: his sisters, Nell Rekau (late Elmer), Dorothy Porter (late Mel) and Ruth Dykstra (late Ben); and his parents, John Triezenberg and Henrietta Triezenberg.
He is survived by: his wife Violet Triezenberg; his children, John Triezenberg (Darlene), Jake Triezenberg (Cheri), Jayne Leland and Kim Seville; and his siblings, Betty Boer (Jake) and Jim Triezenberg. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
Visitation Thursday, November 19, 2020 from 9:30 a. m. until the time of the funeral service at 11:30 a. m. at Smits Funeral Home, 2121 Pleasant Springs Lane, Dyer, IN with Rev. Ben Kappers officiating. (Due to the increase in Covid cases and out of consideration of everyone, masks will be required and social distancing is necessary.) Interment Skyline Memorial Park – Monee, IL.
