He was predeceased by: his parents, Marcella Hameister (Riechers) and Louis Hameister of Beecher, Illinois.. He is survived by: his wife Myrna Hameister (Firnhaber); his son Brian Hameister (Gretchen); his grandsons, Jason and Eric Hameister; his brother Dennis Hameister (Brenda); his nephew Ron Firnhaber; and his nieces, Cheryl Salerno (Mark), Sandy Corneya (Marty) and Gayle Baldwin (Newland). He is also survived by many cousins, friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Peace Lutheran Church (540 Oak Park Ave, Beecher, IL 60401). A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Peace Lutheran Church (640 Oak Park Ave, Beecher, IL 60401-5114).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Peace Lutheran in Beecher, a church dear to his heart.
