He was predeceased by: his parents, John Collins and Violet Collins; and his brother Jonathan. He is survived by: his wife Liz; his sons, Matthew and Jordan; his granddaughters, Alyssa and Abigail; and his siblings, Mark Collins (Laura), Peter Collins (Mindy), Paul Collins and Rebecca McShea. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
