He is survived by: his sister Joyce Ann Hintz (Patrick); his siblings-in-law, Patrick Hintz and Beverly Younker (Plagge); his nieces, Cynthia Ann (Younker), Mary Patricia (Hintz) and Tice; his nephew David Patrick Hintz (Sandra Dowd); his significant other Carl Beck; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Kyle, Evan Hintz, Jacob, Maxton Tice, Aaron, Jayden Weishaar, Nicole and Jessica Weishaar; and his close friends, Robbie Ratliff, Raymond Avett, Larry Ritter, Denny Pliemann and Denny Frugé.
