He was predeceased by: his parents, Armand Johnson and Leatha Johnson; and his sister Doris Banta. He is survived by: his wife Karen Johnson; his children, Kevin, Gayle Johnson (Pankiewicz), Kelly (Johnson), Chris York, Eric and Shanna Johnson (Sullivan); his grandchildren, Ellen Johnson, Nick Johnson (Josh Kime), Michael York, Kayla York, Lucas Johnson, Ryan York, Logan Johnson, Amy Johnson and Lexie Johnson; and his great grandchild Koda York.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Lee's name to Folds of Honor, a nonprofit organization that helps provide educational scholarships to families of fallen and disabled service members and first responders.
