He was predeceased by: his parents, Maurice Walton and Lillie Mae Wilhour (Wilson); and his siblings, Ross Wilhour and Doris Gudauskas. He is survived by: his wife Janice Lurelle Whitaker; his children, Julie Barnhart (Steve) of North Olmsted, OH and Joel Wilhour of Jay, FL; his siblings, Don Wilhour (Shirley) of Pana, IL and Janice Buckley (Dick) of Cerro Gordo, IL; his brother-in-law Jerry Gudauskas of McHenry, IL; his grandchildren, Ben Barnhart (Liz) and Summer Wilhour; and his great grandchildren, Ezra and Silas Barnhart.

Memorials may be given to Kaskaskia Church, Beecher City, IL or Gideons International and mailed to Howe and Yockey Funeral Home, 415 N. Broadway, Shelbyville, IL 62565.
