James Tipsword Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 10, 2021, at the age of 96, James Tipsword of Beecher City, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Tipsword and Winnie Tipsword (Patterson); his children, Phillip Brown and Diana Gordon (Larry); his brothers, Wallace, Clinton, Wayne, Dan and Ray; and his grandson-in-law Wesley Watson.
He is survived by: his wife Norma Tipsword of Beecher City; his grandchildren, Georgia Brown of Effingham, Phillip Brown Jr. (Donna) of Mt. Zion, Blane Gordon (Carolee) of Staunton and Jamie Watson of Shelbyville; his great grandchildren, Hilery Brown, Karissa Hankins, Kaleb Brown, Houstin Brown, Seth McMurray, Claudia Watson, Cade Watson and Chloe Watson; and his brother Garry Tipsword of Beecher City. He is also survived by six great-great-grandchildren.
