It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ione F. Doty (Beecher City, Illinois), born in Saint Elmo, Illinois, who passed away on June 27, 2019, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jeff Kramer and Nell Kramer; her husband Hurrell Doty; and her daughter Delilah "Dally" Zumbahlen. She is survived by: her daughter Judith Doty of Port Orange, FL; her granddaughters, Lilah Feuquay of Sigel, IL, Annette Wesselman of Beecher City, IL and Ginger Strauch (Virgil) of Beecher City, IL; her sisters, Dolores Woodall of Farmersville, IL and Gloria Patterson of Farina, IL; and her sister-in-law Norma Siebert of Altamont, IL.. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren.
Memorials may be given in Ione's name to the Evangel … United Methodist Church in Beecher City, IL.
