He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Myron and Ada Mae Bennett (Horath); and his brothers, Homer, Harvey, Myron, Ernie, Kenneth and Thomas.

He is survived by: his children, Bill Keator of Pueblo, CO, Lora Keator of Pueblo, CO and Heidi Bennett of Beecher City; and his grandchildren, Lee, Sarah, Layne, Lily and Amaya. He is also survived by many in-laws, nieces, nephews and friends.

Memorials may be made in Henry's name to the Beecher City Veterans Memorial which held a special place in Henry's heart.
