He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Renee of Beecher City; his son Joey (Katrina) of Wentzville, MO; his mother Joyce Schoenfeld of Beecher City; his siblings, Jackie Ditmeyer (Dan) of St. Louis, MO, Suzi Rice (Greg) of St. Louis, MO, Chris Schoenfeld of Bloomington, IL and Mark Schoenfeld of Beecher City; his grandchildren, Rece, Luke, Jack, Nina and Myah; his mother-in-law Nancy Burke of Effingham, IL; his pets, Bob, Brewsky and Bolt; and his father Dale Schoenfeld. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews and friends.
Memorials may be made in his name to the American Legion.
