It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael J. Stock (Beckemeyer, Illinois), born in Centralia, Illinois, who passed away on March 16, 2020, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Arthur and Tina Alice; and his siblings, Shirley Wilson and Charles Stock. He is survived by: his former spouses, Amanda Rose Kuder and Geralyn K. Taphorn; his children, Mike Stock, Jr. (Toni) of O'Fallon, Chrissy Modrusic (Greg) of Granite City, Terry Stock (Morgan) of Beckemeyer, Brian Stock (Sam) of Beckemeyer, Kevin Stock (Sara) of Beckemeyer, Angela Stock (Jason Kyle) of Valley Park, MO and Jeremy Stock (Rachel) of Beckemeyer; his friend BJ Schlott (DeeDee) of Alton; his grandchildren, James, Karl Stock, Liam, Wynn, Trace Stock, Jaide, Dyllan, Ava Stock, Isabella Stock, Lillian, Abigail Kyle, Wyatt and Wade Stock; and his brothers, Bill Stock (Mary) of Victoria, TX and Larry Stock (Cleo) of Centralia.
Memorials may be made to the Village of Beckemeyer Parks and Equipment and will be received through Moss Funeral Home in Breese who is serving the family.
