He is survived by: his mother Louise Cerneka; his husband Tim Thacker (Becky); his grandmother Bonnie Thacker; his siblings, Christopher Thacker (Jessica), Nicole C. Tracy, Amy Cerneka, Peter Cerneka, IV (Katie), Elizabeth Cerneka Leahy (Brendan), Brett Thomas, Megan Lyons-Kueper, Caleb Lyons and Mickail Cranford; and his aunts and uncles, Steve, Jean Holtgrave, Richard, Kris Holtgrave, Julius Holtgrave, Scott, Deborah Thacker, Jan Raudenbush and Renee Hlina. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.
