He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Lucash and Areta Lucash (Kessler); his former wife Elizabeth Lucash; and his siblings, Tom, Clark Lucash and Jennifer Wicklman (Dave).
He is survived by: his wife Debra Lucash; his children, Stephanie Rheinhardt (Chad) and Matt Lucash (Amanda); his grandchildren, Chloe Rheinhardt, Caleb Rheinhardt, Ruby Lucash and Leif Lucash; and his siblings, Pat Lucash (Judy) and Julie Zeisset (Kevin).
