Lockart of Beckemeyer, Illinois, born in Vandalia, Illinois, who passed away on July 5, 2022, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward T. Lowber and Ina Belle Lowber; and her brothers, Robert Lowber (Lee), Edward Lowber and James Lowber.
She is survived by: her husband James Lockart; her children, Cindy Lockart of Beckemeyer and Jimmy Lockart (Cindy) of Beckemeyer; and her grandchildren, Eric Lockart (Brooke), Kyle Lockart and Sue Ann Kleiboeker (James). She is also survived by her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
