He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Harry Orr and Dwight Orr (Gillogly); his wife Donna Lee Orr (McGowen); his son-in-law Kevin Stroo; his children, Connie Osenga (Larry) of Kankakee, Vickie Stroo of Bourbonnais, Randie Orr (Tammy) of Watseka and Barrie Orr (Pam) of Hoffman Estates; and his siblings-in-law, Lloyd McGowen (Margaret) of Williamsport and Sue Dines of Danville, Illinois.. He was also cherished by 12 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and one great great grandson.
