It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Karl William Newton Sr. of Beason, Illinois, born in Lincoln, Illinois, who passed away on August 26, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, George Lincoln Newton and Irma Eileen Newton (Newhouse); his brother Leonard Ray Newton; his granddaughter Ashley Elizabeth Colebar (Newton); his sister-in-law Kay Newton; and his niece Bronwyn Newton.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Newton; his sons, Karl William Newton Jr. (Sherry), Leonard Eugene Newton (Renee), Phillip Dale Newton and Quent Adam Newton (Sherri); and his brother James Martin Newton (Georgia Kay Newton). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren.
Memorial donations may be made to the Harvest of Talents for World Hunger and will be accepted at the funeral home.
