She was predeceased by: her son Scott Welch; her brother Lynn Hagan; her brother-in-law Ronnie Baldwin; and her pet Jaxi. She is survived by: her husband Jack Welch; her sons, Jerry Welch, Tracy Welch (Annette) and Ashley Welch (Sara); her grandchildren, Trevor Welch (Dolly), Kayla Welch (Jordan), Haley Welch and Alyssa Welch; her siblings, Linda Baldwin, Lonnie Hagan (Wan) and Sally Rouch (Tom); and her sister-in-law Diane Hagan. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Memorial donations may be made to the Humane Society of Logan County and will be accepted at the funeral home.
