He was predeceased by: his parents, Ivan Lee Alloway and Betty Louise Englund Alloway. He is survived by: his former wife Teresa Sue Vincent; his daughters, Angela Christine Alloway of Quincy, IL and Teri Jo Alloway Cassady (Jack Cassady II) of Versailles; his brother Steve Alloway (Becky) of Beardstown; his granddaughters, Morgan Rose Cassady (Matteo Alvarado) of Glen Carbon, IL and Lauren Louise Cassady (Ty Hamilton) of Versailles, IL; and also Stephen Douglas Alloway. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and great great nieces and nephews.
