He is survived by: his children, Kim Jones (Bill), James Coats (Connie Stratton), Russell Coats (Lisa Filiczkowski), JoLynn White, Willia Newlin (Paul), Melynda McKeever (Andy) and Reagan Coats (Angel); and his brothers, Robert and James Coats (Vickie). He is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren.
