He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy D. Thomas and Maxine Blum Thomas; his wife Betty Hollenback; and his brother Kenneth Wayne Thomas. He is survived by: his children, Lisa Thomas of Beardstown, Brian Thomas of Beardstown and Heather Thomas of Rushville; and his grandchildren, Caden Michaels and Brennan Ramsey.
