She is survived by: her daughter Pam Spurlock (Frank) of Decatur; her daughter-in-law Cathy Clark of Rushville; her grandchildren, Katy, Karey, Kahla, Karly, Diamond of Murphy, RJ, Maycee and Alyyah; and her great grandchildren, Joey, Kayden, Claire, Alena, Mercedes, Keaton and Kolten. She is also survived by four great-great grandchildren.
