She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell "Red" and Anna Icke Scott; her husband Larry George Belville; and her siblings, Robert Scott, Kenneth Scott, Virginia Livsey and Mary Miller.
She is survived by: her children, Frank Shinall of Rushville, Greg "Bubba" Belville of Beardstown, Michelle Fox (Brad) of Beardstown, Tony Belville of Edinburg, Patrick Belville of Dublin and Missy Smith (Chris) of Chapin; her grandchildren, Terri, Cindy, Tammy, Annie, Gregory, Mackenzie, Madyson, Joe, Heather, Brittany, Matthew and Alec; and her sister Bernice Allen of Meredosia. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
