She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick Graham and Dorothy Orr Graham; and her siblings, Bob, Richard Graham, Shirley Cade, Judy Graham, Sharon Swan, Beverly Jones and Sheila Jones.

She is survived by: her husband Keith Schramm; her children, Robert Jensen (Fran) of Jacksonville, Rhonda Milleson (Kevin) of Tennessee, Barry Schramm (Karie) of Kilbourne and Lisa Clark (Steve) of Virginia; her siblings, Brenda Brewer (Terry), Carolyn Kulich (Wayne), Debbie Trickey, Mike Graham (Kathy), Jim Graham, Gary Graham (Lisa) and Steve Graham (Angie); and her niece Angie. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials have been suggested to Gentiva Hospice.
