He was predeceased by: his parents, Rolland Cooper and Frances I. Lovekamp Cooper. He is survived by: his siblings, Diana Lowe of DeWitt, IA, Linda Kirchner (Bill) of Lake Orion, MI, Robert Cooper of Beardstown and Brian Cooper (Billie Jo) of Rushville. He is also survived by 10 nieces and nephews; 16 great nieces and nephews; and many friends.
