She was predeceased by: her parents, Morris Avery and Eleanor McMurl Avery; her husband Dwight "Bud" Hiles; her daughter Vicki Gee; and her sister Dorothy May Hiles.
She is survived by: her daughter Janet Brown (Robert) of Beardstown; her grandsons, Mark Edward Brown of Beardstown and Robert Keith Brown (Tammie) of Beardstown; her great grandchildren, Cassandra Bartlow (Josh) and Desiree Von Wald (Dylan); and her great great grandchild Nolan Bartlow. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
