She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth I. Simmons Sr. and Dorothy D. Simmons (Dowler); her siblings, Kenneth Simmons Jr., David Simmons and Dorothy Lou Green; and her nephew Kevin Simmons.
She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, Sharon Hartley (Curtis), John Green (Sheryl), Brian Green (Cheryl), David Green, Christy Sue Simmons, Tricia Simmons, Sean Simmons and Kelly Reese (Greg); her great-niece Heather Taylor (Ty Nuckols); and her great-nephew Chad Hartley (Brandi). She is also survived by several other great-nieces and great-nephews; several great-great-nieces and nephews.
