She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin B. Treadway and Lillian Olga Long Treadway; her spouse Berlyn Hugh White; her siblings, Edwin B. Treadway, Jr., Clyde Stephen Treadway, Maude Alice Treadway-Swan, Mary Olga Treadway-Herron and Ellen Ruth "Chris" Treadway-Anderson; and her son-in-law John Nelson Moore.
She is survived by: her daughter Jill Moore of Champaign; her granddaughter Allison Jeayne Hardwick-Meyer (Ted) of John's Island, SC; her sister Phyllis Taylor of Beardstown; and also Ruth Ann Wells. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
