He was predeceased by: his wife Norma Louderback; his parents, Fred Mayes and Jessie Mayes; and his great grandchild Jeremy Lowe. He is survived by: his children, Dave Mayes (Michelle), Kathy Mayes, Sue Mayes and Judy Minor (Dennis); and his grandchildren, Carrie Lovell (Rick), Angela Waggoner (Clay), Aaron Potter, Joshua Mayes (Katrina), Samantha Cary (Kelvin), Ethan Mayes and Brock Mayes. He is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren.
