He was predeceased by: his parents, Perry "Tater" Carlyle and Christine Harris Belville; and his siblings, Jackie Belville, Delores Jones, Janet Belville and Jerris "Jody" Danner.

He is survived by: his wife Pauline Scott; his children, Frank Shinall of Rushville, Greg "Bubba" Belville of Beardstown, Michelle Fox (Brad) of Beardstown, Tony Belville of Edinburg, Patrick Belville of Detroit and Missy Smith (Chris) of Chapin; his grandchildren, Terri, Cindy, Tammy, Annie, Gregory, Mackenzie, Madyson, Joe, Heather, Brittany, Matthew and Alec; and his siblings, Robert Belville (Vicki) of Rushville, Dennis Belville (Mary) of Astoria, Sandra Jockisch of Vermont and Carolyn Barrett of Jacksonville. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Due to the current pandemic, a private graveside service will be held at Beardstown City Cemetery with military honors given by Guthrie-Pierce VFW Post 1239.
