She was predeceased by: her former husband Monte Park. She is survived by: her mother Sharon L. Shults (Edwards) of Rushville; her children, Brandon Park (Jessie) of Arenzville, Britny Daniel (Park) of Beardstown and Brianna Park (Kyle) of Arenzville; her boyfriend Travis Pate of Beardstown; her children, Harley Pate and Davidson Pate of Beardstown; her father James Shults Rushville (Brenda); her grandchildren, Jack, Abel, Scarlett, Lillith, Victoria, Gabriel, Kynley, Maddox and Maverick; and her siblings, Shari Marquis (Russell) of Rushville, Angie Jockisch (Dewayne) of Vermont, Sherri Perry (Joe) of Beardstown, Steve Davis (Karen) of Astoria, Scott Shults (Michelle) of Industry and Jason Davis (Susan) of Macomb. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
