He is survived by: his wife Barbara Dianne Bettis of Beardstown, IL; his sister Jaye Spears of Jacksonville, IL; his daughter Jennifer Cooper (Russ) of Waverly, IL; his stepdaughters, Bridgett Thornton (Scott), Tammy Schultz (Jeff) and Stephanie Cunningham (Travis); his grandchildren, Amanda Mefford, Josh Cooper (Kalin), Jessica Cooper (Ryan), Isabelle, Olivia, Jackson Thornton, Ella Schultz, Ava and Dean Cunningham; his great grandchildren, Alex, John, Gracie, Jackson, Mason, Aden, Dylan, Tylan and Paisley; and his great great grandchildren, Ava and Addysen.
