He was predeceased by: his parents, James W., Sr. and Fairie Constance Richards Parson. He is survived by: his wife Linda Hillyer Price; and his children, Connie Sue Dossett (Darrell) of Beardstown, Jennifer Barnett (Tom) of Donnellson, IA, John David Price (Kim) of Rushville and Melissa Rateliff of Texas. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren; four great-grandchildren and "one on the way"; seven siblings; and numerous nieces and nephews.
