She was predeceased by: her parents, Perry Self and Nellie Travis Self; her husband Bob Burnett; her granddaughter Tina May Lamey; and her siblings, Catherine Carpenter, Anna Mae Surratt, Ruby Smith, Velma Nash, Robert and Lawrence Self.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Atwood of Beardstown, Betty Nash of Beardstown and James Beatty (Melinda) of Beardstown; her grandchildren, Vicki Atwood and Kevin Nash (Nelly); her great grandchildren, Makayla Lopez (Adam Blackwell), Bogarth Lopez, Jr. (Autumn), Nathaniel Atwood, Josh, Monica, Megan Nash and Tony Montoya; and her brother Harlen Self. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
