He is survived by: his wife Betty Icenogle of Beardstown; his children, Mike Icenogle (Delilah) of Beardstown, Susan Rawlins (Kirk) of Beardstown and Jim Icenogle (Debbie) of Beardstown; his grandchildren, Chris Icenogle (Corey), Alejandro Galvan (Shonda), Rick Galvan (Jennifer), Darci Rawlins, Denise Pate (Dylan), Aileana Rawlins, Racquel Rawlins and Jamie Tha (Soe); and his sister Etta Robertson of Beardstown. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
