Coufal and Marie Gilpin Coufal; his wife Evelyn Lucille Eads; his sons, David Coufal (Debbie) of Browning, Mike Coufal (Marjorie) of Woodson and Marc Coufal (Penny) of Lewistown; his grandchildren, David Coufal (Erica) of Astoria, Melissa Ann Coufal of Rochester, Nathan Andrew Coufal of Beardstown, Lora Barron of Florida, Cody Dana Coufal of Lewistown, Douglas, Jr. (Coufal), Junie Anna Marie Coufal of Cuba and Christopher Marcus of Cuba; his stepgrandchildren, Kristine Hamilton of Alsey and Casey Rae Hamilton of Broken Bow, OK; his brother Gayle Coufal (Virginia) of Hillsboro; his son Donald Coufal; and his granddaughter Terrilyn. He was also cherished by twelve great-grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren.
