He was predeceased by: his father Kenneth Ruthardt; and his brother Mark. He is survived by: his mother Olive Gunnell Ruthardt of Albuquerque, NM; his wife Tammy Ruthardt of Beardstown; his daughters, Hannah Lovekamp (Billy Dawson) and Rachael Carmean (Lucas) of Beardstown; his grandchildren, Blalynn, Tatum Lovekamp, Everson and Evonie Carmean; and his siblings, Cecilia Beckstrand (BJ), Monica Ruthardt-Foster (Fred), Mary Ruthardt (Fred Amaya), Naomi, Jon Ruthardt (Roxanna) and Kenny Ruthardt (Christina Cosme). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
