He is survived by: his parents, Raul Mendoza and Enimia Dominguez; his children, Renata Idelinne Mendoza, Zaide Guadalupe Mendoza and Valiena Mary May Mendoza; his close friend Kyndle Sneeden of Beardstown; his siblings, Erika Nancy Mendoza (David), Martha Olivia Mendoza (Bernardo), Brenda Sarahi Mendoza (Ricardo), Dulce Abigail Mendoza, Cesar Raul Mendoza (Sendy) and Rogelio Mendoza (Cinthia); his grandparents, Bertha Montez De Oca, Pedro Dominguez and Amparo Ortiz; his parents-in-law, Bradley Sneeden and Billie Sneeden; and his siblings-in-law, Kiersten Fundel and Dillon McNeff. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
