He was predeceased by: his parents, James Looker and Zela Anderson Looker; his siblings, Mary Jane Terlizzi, James David "Bud" and Billy Van; and his son-in-law Bob Hale.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Looker of Beardstown; his children, Deborah Hale of Bonita Springs, FL, Jessica Looker (Dave Lucas) of Athens, Greg (Alex) of Punta Gorda, FL, Jason Looker (Mary-Margaret) of Cantrall and James Looker (Brandi) of St. Louis; and his grandchildren, Douglas Ross (Donna), Bryan Hale (Kerri), Doug Hale (Kerry), Justine Custer (Tate), Drew (Megan), Cora, Ridge, Warrick, Emily, Meredith Looker, Hailey Whitis and Trey Wilson. He is also survived by nine great grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Due to the current health situation, face masks will be required and to comply with social distancing guidelines, a limited number of people will be allowed in the memorial home at one time.
