He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Russell "Russ" and Neva Schall Cox. He is survived by: his wife Audrey Anderson; his children, Devin Cox (Jessie) of Fisher, IL and Chloe Burbridge (Shane) of Florissant, MO; his grandchildren, Kyndall, Peyton, Beau and Alice; and his sisters, Jill Robbins (Dale) of Knoxville, TN and Sara Pohl (Loyd) of Rochelle. He is also survived by his wife, children, grandchildren, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials have been suggested to Cass County Food Pantry or Cass/Schuyler Area Hospice.
