He is survived by: his parents, David Juarez of Ontario, CA and Debra Danielle Graham of Windom, MN; his siblings, Allison Martinez of Windom, MN and Fletcher Juarez of Beardstown; his grandparents, Richard "Dick", Margie Graham of Beardstown, Jacinto and Maria Guadalupe Juarez; and his nieces, Leyliani and Francesca Reyes Martinez.
Due to the current health situation, face masks will be required, and to comply with social distancing guidelines, a limited number of people will be allowed in the funeral home at one time.
