He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Bailey and Imogene Shinall Bailey; his stepfather Shorty Jones; and his sister Carolyn. He is survived by: his stepsons, Joe Walters (Ricki) of Chandlerville and Christopher Wilson (Rhonda Frank) of Rushville; his stepgrandchildren, Andrea Snyder, Bradley, Hunter, Cooper Walters, Rebecca and Donna Wilson; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Piper and Owen; and his uncle Jessie.
Memorial contributions have been suggested to First Southern Baptist Church or Torrent De Kerith.
