She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Silsby and Martha Brooks Silsby; her children, Jimmy Swan and Ida Swan; her great grandchild Trever; and her siblings, Wayne, Gene, Charles, Fred and Barbara.
She is survived by: her daughters, Susan Swan of Jacksonville and Judy Lyles of Jacksonville; her grandchildren, Jeremy Swan (Starla), T. J. Riley and Justin Swan; and her great grandchildren, Christopher, Rylee, Lily, Justice, Drake, Lyric, Brice, Brianna, Gabriel, William, Augustine, Tristan, Clayton, Aliyah and Kaiden. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
