He was predeceased by: his parents, Frankie Charles and Isla May Lane Weishaar; his sisters, Wanda Weishaar and Betty Winston; and his children-in-law, Chuck Herter and Lorie Weishaar.
He is survived by: his wife Fannie Weishaar of Beardstown; his children, Jamie Epping (Randy) of Beardstown, Sherry Herter of Beardstown and Frankie Weishaar of O'Fallon, MO; his grandchildren, Travis, Adam Herter (Chelsey) and Alyssa VandeVoorde Lyndsey (Remi); and his siblings, Peggy Stambaugh of Browning and James Weishaar of Rushville. He is also survived by four great grandchildren.
