Mayfield (Liz); his stepdaughter Christina Rosenburg (Lee); his stepgranddaughters, Jordan and Casey Rosenburg; his sister Helen Atik; his nieces and nephews, Jeff Atik (Susie), Ron Atik (Ulrike), Paul Mayfield (Brenda), Leslie Atik Preucel (Bob) and Wendy White; his pet Sophie Mae; and his sister Louise Mayfield. He is also survived by numerous sisters and brother-in-laws, and friends.
