It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Steven M. Reeder of Baylis, Illinois, born in Pittsfield, Illinois, who passed away on June 25, 2024, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lyndle'Doc' Reeder and Betty Jean Martin Reeder; his daughter Sandi Goodrich; his brothers, William'Bill'Reeder and Terry Reeder; and his father-in-law William'Bill'Stauffer.
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Reeder of Baylis, IL; his daughter Stephanie Moore (Scot) of Pittsfield, IL; his grandchildren, Lisa Pearson (Justin), Sarah Andrew (Adam), Rebekah Mowen, Alexander'Kane'Throne, Charlotte'Charlie'Goodrich, Jackson Throne, Jonathon Moore and Madison Moore; his siblings, Douglas Reeder, Laurie Branham (Tom) and Becky Winner; his mother-in-law Maxine Stauffer; his brother-in-law Mike Stauffer (Louise); and his pet Sparky. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
